To place an order, please notify us by phone or email with the basic information we will need to proceed (name of item, whether it is a gallery item or commission work, etc). Be sure to include a phone number where we can reach you. I know people are busy (and so are we), but I believe it is best to make personal contact to make sure we get the order details right.

- I will call you to confirm your order and payment method, address and shipping request, and will give you a delivery date.
At times we are away at shows or looking for supplies, so we will not be able to respond for several days. We will return your call as soon as possible.
We do take Mastercard, Visa, and Discover cards. Bank money orders can also be processed. Please do not send credit card information through email. Credit card orders will be handled over the phone only.
Shipping our pieces is a challenge because most of them are large, heavy, and odd-shaped. However, everything IS shippable. We are using UPS for most deliveries, but the real big and heavy items will have to go by freight truck. Some pieces (like the spinning flowers) come apart and are shipped in two boxes to limit size and shipping expenses. Lou and I wrap everything ourselves, so that we know it will get there safely.
You may elect to pick items up at our gallery (see "Contact Us" page for directions). Also, we can and do deliver some of our pieces so that we can help with the setup. This needs to be pre-arranged.
Depending on which method is appropriate (UPS, freight truck, our delivery), a shipping and handling charge will be quoted before the item is delivered.
